Scriptum Translations

We offer extremely fair and simple per-word pricing. The prices vary and depend on delivery deadlines, the technicality, and the total volume of the text. Notatization of translated documents is an extra service and paid separately. Please contact us to find out the cost of notarization in your case. A few free services are included with each purchase of our translation services. We use the US Dollar as our primary pricing currency and will provide Euro or Ruble quotes based on the daily conversion rates posted at Bank of America. Step 1: Fill out the Translation Quote Request Form.
Provide a description of your project, giving as much detail as possible, and we will send you a full price quote for your request, including payment terms, within a few hours. At this stage, you may choose to upload files pertaining to your project through the form.

Step 2: Review your quote.
After receiving your quote, you decide whether you want to accept the offer, and confirm with us whenever you are ready.

Step 3: Communicate with your translator.
Before the translation process, we can establish milestones and progress reporting rules. If anything needs to be changed in your source documents you may contact us before your deadline and we will incorporate it in your final translated project. We remain adaptable to changing priorities and will re-issue quotes immediately with no fees.

Step 4: Receive your invoice and your completed project files.
We will complete the translations within the quoted deadlines and notify you as soon as your project is ready. We will send you an invoice payable within 30 days via the Payment Method you choose.

Proofreading
Every translation receives proofreading, ensuring that each project we deliver is available immediately for publishing.

Document Formatting
For every translation project with visual elements, we will adjust the formatting to appear as close to the original as possible.

Personal Translation Memory
We establish and hold a translation memory file for each customer. This allows for consistency in the style, translation of certain terms, and phrases of your organization or brand.
